These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the JetztLike.de website, available at https://jetztlike.de, hereinafter referred to as the Website.
The owner and operator of the Website is JetztLike.de, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Regulations in their entirety.
The regulations are available free of charge at https://jetztlike.de/regulamin in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
2. Definitions
Website – JetztLike.de online platform enabling the purchase of promotional services in social media.
User – any natural person, legal person or organizational unit using the Website.
Service – social media promotion that involves delivering likes, followers, views or other types of engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and others.
Order – an order placed by the User to purchase a Service via the Website.
3. Type and scope of services
The Service provides social media promotion services, including providing likes, followers, views, comments, and other forms of engagement.
The Services are available for the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and others indicated on the Website.
The provision of the Service does not require entering the password to the User's account on external platforms.
The service provider does not guarantee an unlimited period of validity of purchased indicators, as it depends on the policy of external platforms.
The services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technical breaks.
4. Placing orders
Orders can be placed via the Website 24 hours a day.
Placing an Order requires: selecting the Service, providing a link to a profile or post, selecting a package and making payment.
The order is deemed to have been placed when payment is recorded.
Order processing begins within a few minutes of receiving payment, unless the Regulations or the description of the Service provide otherwise.
The User is obliged to provide correct data when placing an Order.
5. Payments
All prices listed on the Website are gross prices in euros (EUR).
The website supports electronic payments via available payment operators.
Payment must be made before the Order is processed.
In the event of an unsuccessful transaction, the Order will not be accepted for execution.
6. Complaints and returns
The User has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from the date of completion of the Order.
Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Contact tab.
The complaint should include: the Order number, a description of the problem and the User's request.
The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt.
In the event of a justified complaint, the Service Provider undertakes to re-provide the Service or refund the payment.
Refunds are not available if the User provides an incorrect link or changes the account privacy settings after placing the Order.
7. User Obligations
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Regulations.
It is prohibited to use the Website for purposes that are illegal or infringe the rights of third parties.
The User is fully responsible for the consequences of using the Services, including compliance with the regulations of external platforms.
The User declares that he or she is authorized to use the account or profile for which he or she orders the Services.
8. Liability of the Service Provider
The Service Provider is not responsible for the actions of external platforms, including the removal of indicators purchased through these platforms.
The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by force majeure or failure of external systems.
The total liability of the Service Provider towards the User is limited to the value of the placed Order.
9. Protection of personal data
The administrator of Users' personal data is the Service Provider.
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable provisions of Polish law.

10. Final provisions
The Regulations come into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations at least 7 days in advance.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the competent common court.
