General provisions<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">These Terms govern use of the JetztLike.de website at https:\/\/jetztlike.de, hereinafter referred to as the Website.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">In these Terms, JetztLike.de is referred to as the Website service provider.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Regulations in their entirety.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The regulations are available free of charge at https:\/\/jetztlike.de\/regulamin in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">Website \u2013 the JetztLike.de online platform for social-media presence services.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">User \u2013 any natural person, legal person or organizational unit using the Website.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Service \u2013 social media promotion that involves delivering likes, followers, views or other types of engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and others.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Order \u2013 an order placed by the User to purchase a Service via the Website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">3. Type and scope of services<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">The Service provides social media promotion services, including providing likes, followers, views, comments, and other forms of engagement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The Services are available for the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and others indicated on the Website.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The provision of the Service does not require entering the password to the User&#039;s account on external platforms.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The service provider does not guarantee an unlimited period of validity of purchased indicators, as it depends on the policy of external platforms.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technical breaks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">4. Placing orders<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">Orders can be placed via the Website 24 hours a day.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Placing an Order requires: selecting the Service, providing a link to a profile or post, selecting a package and making payment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The order is deemed to have been placed when payment is recorded.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Order processing begins within a few minutes of receiving payment, unless the Regulations or the description of the Service provide otherwise.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The User is obliged to provide correct data when placing an Order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">5. Payments<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">Wszystkie ceny podane w Serwisie sa cenami brutto wyrazonymi w zlotych polskich (PLN).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The website supports electronic payments via available payment operators.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Payment must be made before the Order is processed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">In the event of an unsuccessful transaction, the Order will not be accepted for execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">6. Complaints and returns<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">The User has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from the date of completion of the Order.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Contact tab.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The complaint should include: the Order number, a description of the problem and the User&#039;s request.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">In the event of a justified complaint, the Service Provider undertakes to re-provide the Service or refund the payment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Refunds are not available if the User provides an incorrect link or changes the account privacy settings after placing the Order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">7. User Obligations<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Regulations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">It is prohibited to use the Website for purposes that are illegal or infringe the rights of third parties.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The User is fully responsible for the consequences of using the Services, including compliance with the regulations of external platforms.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The User declares that he or she is authorized to use the account or profile for which he or she orders the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">8. Liability of the Service Provider<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">The Service Provider is not responsible for the actions of external platforms, including the removal of indicators purchased through these platforms.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by force majeure or failure of external systems.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The total liability of the Service Provider towards the User is limited to the value of the placed Order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">9. Protection of personal data<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">The administrator of Users&#039; personal data is the Service Provider.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable provisions of Polish law.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy available at https:\/\/jetztlike.de\/polityka-prywatnosci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">10. Final provisions<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">The Regulations come into force on the date of their publication on the Website.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations at least 7 days in advance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the competent common court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
